Me! FredDog
February 10, 2015

Dear Terry, Squeaky Pete, that's what I call him now, got in trouble! And I DIDN'T. In fact, he got in trouble twice! He knocked a lamp over in the bedroom and he made Penny Cat all fluffy. No one is allowed to make Penny Cat fluffy. Squeaky Pete got right in her face and she thumped his head a good one and fluffed up. Mom let her too. The rule is NO FLUFFY PENNY. He didn't get in as much trouble for the lamp because that was an accident. And as far as I know, Mom doesn't have any Lamp Rules.  Oh I did get in some trouble the other night and even Dad yelled at me. I chased Petey. I'm not allowed to chase Petey and no making Penny Cat Fluffy. I told Mom these are really hard rules to live by. Me and Mom keep working at it though. Mom says I will get it. And I haven't got in a lot of trouble so far this week. Mom says that the best way to learn is to make a mistake so I learn how to do it right. Like I already know not to put my eyes near Squeaky Pete's feet or I get scratched.

Hope you made it through the day unscratched!

Barks and Wags, FredDog!

P.S. Penny Cat here. That Petey is going to give me a nervous breakdown. He's always running. Including running right into me. I don't think he had even seen me. I showed him. I know what the rules are and NO ONE is to scare me. I'm 12 and no scaring me.  And I let him know that in no uncertain terms, follow The Rule. Meow meow, the Queen has Spoken!
